El primer single de "La más Desechable de Todas las Máquinas" se titula E.R.S, cuya sigla significa “Ejercito de Resistencia del Señor”. Se trata de una organización terrorista, fundada y liderada en Uganda por el fanático cristiano, Joseph Kony; quien impulsa el reclutamiento de niños para luchar en una guerra armada contra el gobierno en la búsqueda del establecimiento de un régimen teocrático cristiano.

The first single off of "La Más Desechable de Todas las Máquinas" is entitled "E.R.S.", which means Ejército de Resistencia del Señor (L.R.A.: Lord's Resistance Army). It's about a terrorist organization, founded in Uganda and led by the christian fanatic, Joseph Kony; who kidnaps children and recruits them against their will to fight in a heavily armed war against the government in order to establish a christian theocratic regime.
